Welcome

Welcome to my website and blog.  I've never had an official blog before- yet I've shared stories and tips with my friends for years on other formats.  Now close to so many of my goals- like losing 200 lbs (only 10 more to go!) I feel the time is right to embark down this new path.  I hope you find it rewarding to visit this space and look forward to the exchange of ideas via this new platform.

My thought for the day has to do with fear.  We all have fears. ALL of us. The key is to acknowledge them, ask for help, and walk forward anyway.
